Customer has the gas shut off they had the gas company out that informed her of a leak. She is not sure where it might be coming from but was told she might need a smoke test of some sort. Make sure to see Jesse first as she spoke with him.

12 - 2. Spoke to Duke. Their office downstairs toilet overflowed, clean water but doesn't want anyone to use it until we check it out. Please provide pricing before performing any work!!

(Within the hour!!) Warranty. Spoke with Chad, he will be reachable by phone but won't be on site. His brother, Dan might be there though (909) 996-9447. We just finished installing their furnace last week. The thermostat for the bedrooms isn't working. They aren't able to control the temp. He's not sure if he just needs to learn how to use the new t-stat or if it's a faulty unit.

Slight issue in women's restroom, the water saving/low pressure toilet, we replaced the flusher thing about 6 months ago. The wire is still intact this time, but nothing really wants to go down. Truly a five-star experience! When I called, Courtney was really courteous and professional, and was able to find a technician who was already in my area. Sal showed up at my front door within 30 minutes and was also exceptionally courteous and professional. Within about 30 minutes, he had the P-trap dismantled, determined there was no clog there, and snaked the pipe to discover a clog about 50' from the kitchen sink. Everything was reassembled quickly and left clean as a whistle. Finally, I received the written estimate I requested to address the underlying problem and prevent the clog from recurring.
