The water heater is located in a hallway closet, about 20 years old! There's a lot of water in the drip pan, but they aren't seeing an active leak. They would like to get an estimate for it to be replaced, BRADFORD WHITE brand please! Please call George with the findings and to get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work! He would like to get billed to pay via ACH bank transfer.

Amen did an excellent job determining problem! The prior plumber completely misdiagnosed the problem and give me an estimate to rip up the floor and repair the pipe which he claimed had broken and was causing the problem. The estimate was several thousand dollars and would not have resolved the issue! I will contact your office to set an account for future plumbing work at the apartment building .
