They think it started happening when the laundry is in use. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

8 - 10. COD. Spoke to Dawn, this is her mother Mary's home, but Dawn lives in the house in the back and takes care of everything because her mom is 90. They have 2 HVAC units in the main home and one of the thermostats for one unit is not working. She thinks it might need to be replaced because it's old. They have been living here for 6 years. She changed the batteries and it's still saying battery low - please quote her for new thermostat. She said since we are already going to be here that she wanted to get the 2 units maintenanced. I signed her up for the service agreement so please maintenance BOTH the furnace and AC for TWO units. THESE ARE ALREADY PAID ($424). She also has a small unit in the back house (I'm not sure if it's a mini-split or a wall AC?), but we did not add this to the service agreement. 2 - 4. Spoke to Sue. Couple of weeks ago, Andrew came out snaked main line. She was out of town for a week, came back and did laundry, bubbles in toilet. Then yesterday morning, was showering to get ready, backed up and flooded both bathrooms. She has a medical appt. but should be back by 1pm, if not, she said somebody will be there all day, and she will authorize them to approve any work. She is aware that last time Andrew was out, he said he had a shorter, lighter camera on hand and wasn't able to go all the way out to street line. So bring longer/heavier camera this time to see what is going on!!

3-5. I spoke to Gregory, Jeromes son, (909) 472-5927. They need the wax ring replaced on their toilet as they have a really fowl odor coming from it. Wes left an estimate a few weeks ago for an entirely new toilet but they just need the wax ring done.

3 - 5. COD. Spoke to Joseph. 3 leaky faucets: 1 in bathtub, 1 shower diverter in that bathroom and 1 sink in utility room that’s leaking. They can turn them off but has to turn it really really tight.

Melissa is the new owner, but we have done a lot of work at this property before. Old water heater install is job #22240, 50-gallon w/h.
