Called to have an outside faucet repaired. I was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes. The work was done quickly and the faucet was replaced and works well.

She doesn't know which unit controls which part of her house, though. She says that one side of her house is really cool, but the other side of the house definitely runs warmer. She thinks one of the units isn't working as well as the other one. She was quoted $158 for the diagnostic, applicable to her repair.
