8 - 10. Spoke to Richard. 2 things: Estimate for new toilet replacement (said it does not need to be top of line) and also needs someone to service water heater ignitor, water heater currently working but it's been having issues.
Called to have an outside faucet repaired. I was able to get an appointment within 15 minutes. The work was done quickly and the faucet was replaced and works well.

Now. Spoke to Nancy. Outside faucet keeps dripping, slow drip, needs to be fixed. She is the homeowner but her son lives here, she will be meeting you on site. Please provide pricing before perfroming any work!

2 - 4. Spoke to Robin. Mario was out to diagnose faucet issue; part will be here by 12pm today. Cartridge and new handle.

(3-5 REQ, she should be home right before 3pm) COD. Spoke with Theresa. They have 2 A/C units. both located at the side of the house. She doesn't know which unit controls which part of her house, though. She says that one side of her house is really cool, but the other side of the house definitely runs warmer. She thinks one of the units isn't working as well as the other one. She was quoted $158 for the diagnostic, applicable to her repair.

2-4. Call when in route (858) 722-1874. I spoke to Donovan, they had Andrew out on the 1st to clear their sinks in the bathrooms and the back up is still occurring. The sink is not draining at all.

(8:15-10 arrival) COD. Spoke with Emilie. They are dropping kids off at school around 8am, but will be back home right after. They have a sewer smell that seems like it's coming from the crawl space. They are thinking it may be a blocked sewer line. They were already quoted $249 for the crawlspace diagnostic. Please get approval on any other pricing BEFORE performing any work!
