Spoke to patsy. Water heater won’t stay lit. Gave options to replace or repair back on April 5th. She opted for repair. Only gave 30 day warranty. Warranty has expired.
Had little bit problems with faucet size, but at the end he resolved the problem.

2-4. Time requested and Andrew requested. I spoke to Luis, they need to have an outside faucet replaced as it is leaking.

I recommended the annual maintenance membership for Julio. She said she would call and sign up. Best for early spring pre summer next year.

Joanne called in and said her unit is not cooling nearly as well as it should. They're not sure what is causing it but they wanted service done asap.

I spoke to Mary, they are getting a new washing machine brought in, but they need the plumbing to be checked out as the last one was about 30 years old and never had the plumbing checked in all that time. They said if the washing machine is moved to check the plumbing, that it will need to be removed completely or moved back into place so they can open that door that is nearby to it.

This is my second time using Klaus & Sons for plumbing issues. Both times they were able to send a tech on same day and fix the issues I had. Would absolutely recommend and use again!
This is our second time using Klaus & Sons. First time was for an AC issue and this time was to install a new water heater as are old one died. We are extremely happy that we found them on Nextdoor and called them for our service needs. They have reasonable prices, they are honest and explain everything so that we understood what was going on. Jake, who came out to install the new water heater was great!
I had a new gas line run through the attic to the kitchen and a couple of leaks repaired on an outdoor gas line. The technicians arrived promptly when promised, performed the work efficiently, and were mindful of the cleanliness of my home.
