(1-5) COD. Spoke with Henry. PLEASE CALL HIM WHEN YOU ARE 30 MINS OUT SO HE CAN MEET YOU ON SITE!!! They have a roof unit, about 10-15 yrs old, A/C that had a condenser icing over (Per Henry, there is a built in ladder for access). They shut off the unit which got rid of the ice, but they would like to get the unit checked. They were quoted a diagnostic fee of $178, Per Henry, he will be PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD ON SITE! Please get approval on any other pricing BEFORE performing any other work!

Back up happening at property, if they flush the toilet too many times, they start backing up. It's just the 2 toilets but sink is fine, so not sure if they are different lines. Please provide pricing before performing work.

This is our second time using Klaus & Sons. First time was for an AC issue and this time was to install a new water heater as are old one died. We are extremely happy that we found them on Nextdoor and called them for our service needs. They have reasonable prices, they are honest and explain everything so that we understood what was going on. Jake, who came out to install the new water heater was great!
