Toilet leaking from base and wobbling needs reset

2 - 4 (REQ FRIDAY & after 1pm). COD. Spoke to Diane. She received a coupon for $149 exterior drain cleaning and something about a camera inspection included. Please look at coupon. She isn't sure if this will work for the issue she has, but she said that her toilet has been gurgling for a few weeks and especially after the washer drains. She said the gurgling recently stopped but would like it checked out and is also curious what this coupon does entail.

8 - 10. NET30. Spoke to Maria. Need to hydro jet plaza, main line on south side. 2 tenants have places with toilets backed up. We did north side couple years ago and it's been great. This is going to be for 12634, 12632, 12639, make sure all toilets flowing afterwards. Go to 12634 back side first, alley between plaza and saint Maragaret Marys – the cleanouts are there. 8 -11. Per Wes, customer approved estimate and scheduled for Friday.

2 - 5. COD. Spoke to Eddy. PM on unit. He did say there is an odor when they run the unit, musty smell. Our install (it looks like we only did the AC and not furnace?) but he hasn't had maintenance with us in 3 years so I recommended he do that, and we can check out the smell. Quoted $158 for the maintenance. Please confirm if he would like to do a full system maintenance or just on the unit with the smell and adjust the price quote accordingly before performing any work.

1-3. COD. I spoke to Marvin, their water heater is not working right, he thinks the pilot light went out. He wants to see if it can be fixed or if he needs to replace it as it is about 12 years old.

2/19/25 The client refused to pay. Unit has numerous issues. We advised to call the company who installed. Please do not send us back.

10-12. CC on file. COD. I spoke to Michelle (909) 628-5501, she is a manager and can give approval for work. The womans restroom has a toilet that will not flush at all and they have a toilet in the mens restroom as well.

4-6. COD. I spoke to Helen, their drains in the bathroom are all backing up, and so is the washer line, she said this has happened since they put her new washer in.
