1-5. COD. Call (706) 255-4165 when in route that is his wife Susan. They turned their ac on and the unit is not cooling at all. They are unsure how old the unit itself is.

8-12. COD. Call Warren at (714) 469-3223 when in route. I spoke to Warren, the refrigerant levels keep decreasing and they want to see why it keeps happening.

12 - 2. Spoke to John. They have a sink drain that isn’t draining and a faucet that doesn’t turn off all the way – both in bathrooms. Please provide pricing first!

2-4. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Mark, their entire bathroom is backed up and not draining, they have a leak from the toilet as well around the base.

Within the next half an hour to an hour. Spoke to Steve. Drain line backing up into shower, 8 feet downstream. Used a 25-foot hand snake and pulled out long hair about a week ago, seemed to be okay. Now the last couple of days when washing machine empties, the shower drain fills up.

(1-5) Gold Member. Spoke with Martha. *NEW MEMBER* David, please make sure you service BOTH AC & Furnace components. They are now gold members. They already paid the yearly fee of $235 for their membership. Please remember they get 10% off any repairs, filters, or refrigerant due to being a member of the service agreement plan!

Putting on hold pending install. David gave info over to Dan.

8-10. COD. Andrew only. I spoke to Carole, the sink in their kitchen is ready to have the plumbing hooked up.

3-5. Per Dan send Fernando. Time requested. I spoke to Deborah, they just had an install done and their is a lot of condensation dripping from the vent of their unit. They need to have it taken care of.

Intermittent issue with sometimes almost NO pressure. The last time we were out at this property, they had the same pressure issue with their old kitchen faucet (Sal - June 2020, invoice #6135). She would like to get an estimate to fix this issue, please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!
