Found system low on refrigerant. This is a recurring issue. Need to go back with locking caps and check charge in a week.

(8:15-10 arrival) COD. Spoke with Emilie. They are dropping kids off at school around 8am, but will be back home right after. They have a sewer smell that seems like it's coming from the crawl space. They are thinking it may be a blocked sewer line. They were already quoted $249 for the crawlspace diagnostic. Please get approval on any other pricing BEFORE performing any work!

2-4. Sal requested. I spoke to Soundra, they had a water heater installed by us in 2020 and the unit is not working properly, they are not getting any hot water from the unit at all. Did see there was still warranty on the parts, not the labor.


Yearly hydrojet maintenance second building - Stauffer building

8 - 10. Spoke to Alex. Yearly hydrojet maintenance on main sewer lines for a few buildings at Claremont Graduate University. They do it every year with us. Have commencement on the 17th where bathrooms are heavily used and they don’t want any backups/emergencies occurring day of. Need hydro jet on both McManus and Stauffer buildings. This one is McManus. PLEASE CALL ALEX WHEN ON-SITE He will give you access: Cell first - (202) 819-2816; then call office as back-up number: (909) 607-7765.

(8-10 REQ) COD. Spoke with Bruce. He is the homeowner as of 3/11/25. He is having issues with his kitchen line not draining properly. It recently backed up into the utility/laundry room where there is a cleanout. He would also like to get pricing on installing a new fridge line. He should have no appliances or furniture in the way currently.

(8-10 REQ) Warranty. We finished install on this unit in February of this year. Spoke with Tina, she said that the unit isn't working.

Truly a five-star experience! When I called, Courtney was really courteous and professional, and was able to find a technician who was already in my area. Sal showed up at my front door within 30 minutes and was also exceptionally courteous and professional. Within about 30 minutes, he had the P-trap dismantled, determined there was no clog there, and snaked the pipe to discover a clog about 50' from the kitchen sink. Everything was reassembled quickly and left clean as a whistle. Finally, I received the written estimate I requested to address the underlying problem and prevent the clog from recurring.
