8-12. COD. I spoke to Jerry, they had an hvac unit put in on October 2024. He said that the zoning for the thermostat is not working right and it transmits to the wrong zone, they would like help trying to fix it.


10 - 12. COD. Spoke to Brent. Outside pipe is leaking for the water line. Started about 4 days ago. Dripping a couple drips a second. Leaking at main that comes in on right hand side the pipe come out of main, previous owners have filter canister, it is leaking right in front of canister. Puddling next to foundation, doesn’t want it to leak into house. Shut off is right there. Please provide pricing before performing any work!! ATTACHED PHOTO BELOW.

8:30-10:30. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Nancy, she thinks theres a leak or something somewhere as she's notice some water damage around her shower, she's not sure what is causing it.

PLEASE COLLECT PAYMENT TODAY their 2nd yearly fee of *$235* for this year's membership. Please also remember they get 10% off any repairs, filters, or refrigerant due to being a member of the service agreement plan!

2-4. COD. Text when in route. I spoke to Jamie, they noticed theres a loud whooshing noise in their bathroom every so often like water is running for no reason and they're not sure what is causing it. They want to have it inspected.

8-12. COD. I spoke to Nannette, they need some help getting options to replace their current thermostat as it is too hard for her to read.

(8-10 REQ) COD. Spoke with Jonna. She has a jacuzzi tub that's about 15 yrs old and it's dripping from both the showerhead and faucet. Sometimes it switches off, but they are both dripping currently. She would like to get an estimate for repair. She would also like to get an estimate to put in a new toilet in her upstairs bathroom. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

12-2. COD. Call (909) 596-4447 when in route. (916) 342-7244 is the son in law Jason is the one who called in for him, he is out of state but calls for Jim as Jim has a hard time seeing. The kitchen sink is backed up and not draining they think the insinkerator is not working right.

10 - 12. Spoke to Julie. Text when on the way!!! - (818) 681-6673. James was out April 25 replaced part on toilet. It's still not working right or she thinks something is wrong with the toilet. Doesn’t know what's wrong with it, she said it fills up weird???? Not sure if this is part of the warranty or something else but please check out.

10 - 12 (DAY & TIME REQ). Spoke to Tracy. Clean out in backyard, looks like it’s clogged. She saw water behind weeds didn’t notice it until now, thinks something is backed up and needs hydro jet. Not super backed up yet but wants to get it taken care of before it gets worse. New customer but got our flyer in mail. House is old from 1905. She said the main pipe goes under neighbor's house to alley, instead of straight from her house to street, wanted to let us know that since it's weird. Please check out and issue and provide pricing before performing any work!!!

Service was done in an orderly way. Solved the leak problem. Was not to interested in other questions I had about some other plumbing issues.
Had Klaus and Sons replace my washer cold and hot water valve box that included the drain. When I installed my washer, it overflowed. They came back the next day, snaked the drain and everything is all good. The didn't charge me for snaking the line. Thank you for the great service.
