Toilet issue

Now. Spoke to son Paul but Steve was there as well. Said that his Dads’ water heater stopped working. We installed it but way back in the day, I don't even have history on it. Said might be the pilot or ignitor? Please check out, provide quote before performing any work!

(2-4 REQ) COD. Spoke with Taotao. The red light on his water heater kept blinking so he turned it off, but now the water heater won't turn back on. He currently has NO HOT WATER to his home. He would like to get an estimate fore repair or replacement to get his water heater up and running. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

1 - 3. Spoke to Paul. Call when on the way please!!! - (626) 991-3100. He had a capacitor replaced on AC last summer, once capacitor was replaced, took a while to get up and running, last person who worked on AC suggested he have some sort of tune-up done. He thinks the condensation is clogged, so please check that out while there. He wanted an all-in-one type of service done, tune-up done and connect PVC pipe to sewer line. I let him know that we can send an HVAC tech out and if the drip is not related to the AC, we will have to send a plumbing tech out instead. YOU WILL NEED A LONG LADDER TO GET TO SECOND LEVEL OUTSIDE.
