PLEASE CALL THE OFFICE TO GET THE AGREEMENT ADDED TO THIS TICKET! A/C is in the back, Heater is in the attic (YOU WILL NEED A 6 FOOT LADDER TO ACCESS!) They will now be gold members. When I called Klaus and Sons, Heather answered and was so friendly, courteous and helpful! She listened to my tale of woe about the leak and she scheduled an appointment the next morning. She later checked with me about a minor schedule adjustment with Wes, who did a fantastic job fixing the leak!! I hope I don't have future plumbing issues but when I do, I will call Klaus and hope to speak to Heather!

Spoke to Michael. 2 plumbing issues: 1) in bathroom - toilet last night started constantly running, cylinder in center that raises and lowers is getting stuck in up position, has to push it down to flush. 2) in kitchen – under the sink, small leak from around the garbage disposal, not sure if it's coming from the disposal itself or connected to piping but found water down there, slow leak. Please provide pricing before performing any work!!

Service was excellent but the pricing is outrageous. I provided the faucet, Jake was here for approximately 2 hours and the bill was $739.74. That is over $350.00 an hour. Can you please doublecheck the bill and verify that that $739.74 is correct.

James did a nice job on a long overdue new Moen kitchen faucet installation. A ceramic disc cartridge is the way to go with today's modern faucets especially if you have hard water. They're easy to install, but my arthritic body said let Klaus & Sons do it. They stock and install new water heaters, but for faucets or utility sinks you must purchase elsewhere and they'll install it for you.
