(2-4) COD. Spoke with Ambereen. She las a leak coming from a pipe in her front yard. Her shut off is for the whole house and affects her ADU (currently has tenants there), so she had to keep the water on so her tenants had running water. It is still actively leaking in her yard. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

Performed annual maintenance on residential AC unit. Replaced filter, cleaned evaporator coils, and checked refrigerant levels. Found slight leak in condenser - sealed and topped off refrigerant. Tested all electrical connections and calibrated thermostat. System running efficiently at 95% capacity. Customer signed up for quarterly maintenance plan. Everything looks good for another hot summer. Left maintenance sticker on unit with service date.

Sewer line was backing up into basement floor drain. Ran camera inspection and found tree root intrusion about 25 feet out. Used hydro-jetting equipment to clear roots and debris. Discovered cracked pipe section allowing root entry. Excavated and replaced 6-foot section of main line with PVC. Backfilled and restored landscaping. System tested clear. Customer relieved to have problem permanently resolved.

12-2. I spoke to Stephanie, they got a notification for the gas meter box near the sidewalk that has a pipe that is sticking out that needs to be fixed. She will show you when you arrive.

Removed shower head and removed water reducer. Customer will call if she continues to have low pressure issues

2 - 3. COD. Spoke to Stephanie. Gas company came by they have a gas leak and all of their appliances are off.

10-12. Time req. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Voughn, they need their ac unit to be serviced. Also will need a new filter.

She was cleaning her toilet and used bottle with squeezy top and the top popped off and went down toilet drain, tried 3 times to get it, couldn’t find it and not sure how far it went down. Has not flushed toilet cause doesn't want it to get stuck deeper. Needs us to come out and find it/take it out. Please provide pricing before preforming work! PER JESSE NO CHARGE

10-12. COD. Call when in route. I spoke to Frank, they think that there is a leak somewhere but they're not sure where from. They need a leak detection for the service.
