12 - 2 (TIME REQ). COD. Spoke to Eric (tenant) and got approval from homeowner (Anna). Needs to install washer and dryer, they just moved in. Having washer and dryer delivered another day but needs pan installed first and then will coordinate to come back when washer and dryer are being delivered. It is on the second floor. Eric will not be there, but you can call him when there - (702)715-6677. Daughter will be there, over 18, purchased the tray from Lowes with pipe fitting. Please provide pricing for pan install and also estimate for installing washer and dryer to come back. CC on file, do not charge without approval.
