3-5. Time requested. I spoke to Cindy, they have a water heater outside that is leaking from the bottom that they want to have addressed.
Prior to requesting to replace shower valves, I had no leak. After the work was complete i began to leakage in the garage.

Floor drain clogged

(3-5) Amen ONLY. Possible callback, 90 day warranty technically expired on 3/20/25. Spoke with David. He had called when his C/S faucet install was still under warranty to get the handles straightened out, as he wasn't fully satisfied with the original install. He stated that Amen convinced him that no adjustments needed to be made at that time. He now says that the handles are farther off and NEED to be adjusted now. He DOES NOT want to have to pay for service since his initial complaint was within the warranty timeframe.

12 - 2. Spoke to Christine. Loud sound coming from pipes underneath the house. She called us in February for this as well... the tech that went said that: could not hear any plumbing noises at this time. The only noise was from a street sweeping truck that passed by multiple times while on site and was in neighborhood yesterday when on site (sounds to tech like water pipes humming when far away). Checked pressure and verified at 40psi. The only corrections the tech can recommend are pressure expansion tank, pressure relief valve and temp and pressure valve on water heater. Possible toilet flush valve issue but that has never been heard while on site. Also effected by no expansion tank. Not sure if any of this s related, but just FYI. Please check this out, provide pricing before performing any work!!
