There's also an issue they're having with the washer valve leaking, but they think it might be just due to the high water pressure issue. Chris (tech) called in the order because he has been out there before and remembered which filter she needed (she said it was a special one), he called in an order to Thompsons. it is under JUDY NELSEN. She would also like to order an extra to keep on hand for next time. Chris said there was only one in stock, but when you go to pick it up, please ask them or see if you can order another one for her.

3:30-5. James only. I spoke to Gale they had James out working on their toilet on Tuesday and the toilet is still doing the same thing. Screeching sound constantly, only stops for a little when she flushes.

Have been speculating for 6 months, been getting worse. He isn't sure if it's a simple snake job or something worse. IMPORTANT: Come to carport area when you are there, NOT front door; he will meet you out there. Also, if you park in front of the house and not across the street, just have to put a cone out.
