She just had her roof done and they were hammering and banging and she thinks they disconnected the hvac vents. Said furnace vent pipe was disconnected, heater went on and clattered all around. So she turned it it off and has left it off. Wants to make sure there's no carbon monoxide leaking out before they use it again. Furnace in attic.

IMPORTANT: Ryan called in and mentioned that we've been out 2 - 3 times for this unit and it's less than a year old. Said to take that into consideration when checking it out, might be a faulty unit, etc. I also see an unscheduled warranty job for unit 37 and not sure why?? Maybe we were supposed to go back before?

We had a challenging job for Klaus’ plumbers. We needed two bathroom faucets replaced (vintage 1975 on tile countertops). The sinks were so old that the plunger holes were too small and the sinks needed replacing. The guys found new replacements and carefully installed them. We called them back to cleanup more old grout and they did it right away. We are very pleased with the whole experience.
