Garbage disposal plug was pulled slightly out of the electrical outlet. Plugged disposal back in and now it works.

(10-12 REQ) COD. Spoke with Zack. He recently purchased this property and would like to get an estimate for an automatic shut off valve required by his insurance. He was also told that the water pressure is way too high and would like it diagnosed. There's also an issue they're having with the washer valve leaking, but they think it might be just due to the high water pressure issue. They currently have the water to the laundry shut off to prevent leaks. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

Within the hour. Gate code is 3232 enter. I spoke to Jennifer, they have 2 tankless water heaters but they're not getting any hot water in the home at all. They're not sure what is causing the issue.

Chris (tech) called in the order because he has been out there before and remembered which filter she needed (she said it was a special one), he called in an order to Thompsons. it is under JUDY NELSEN. She would also like to order an extra to keep on hand for next time. Chris said there was only one in stock, but when you go to pick it up, please ask them or see if you can order another one for her.
