8 -10. COD. Spoke to Ruben. Kitchen sink has leak in the drain – leak on the piece that goes from elbow to wall, was small then a lot of water showed up on floor. Only happens when water is running and drains. Please check out and provide pricing before performing any work!

12 - 2. COD. Spoke to Roger. Per Yelp: Dec. 10, 2020 installed. Brand: Rheem. Water Heater model: XG58T 12HN38U2, Serial No: M492016329. Input BYUH 38 000. Temperature Control Gas Valve light changed to RED sometimes, After I "fixed and adjusted" to BLUE, few hours or few days the light will change to RED again. This condition cycles many times. If you come to change a new Temperature Control Gas Valve. Please check out and provide pricing before performing any work!!

1 - 3. Spoke to Ray. They have a leak outside, pipes from drip irrigation system. Got water bill few days ago and noticed consumption increased significantly, established this yesterday and confirmed it's between where pipe comes into yard going to backyard. Please provide pricing before performing work!
1 - 5. SA member visit #2. Please provide PM on BOTH AC & Furnace. IMPORTANT!!!: Donna's card declined for SA renewal. I called and talked to her, and they are going to pay when you come out, please call the office to give card number so we can renew her membership for this visit!!! Also, Donna will not be home. Her husband will be home. He is dropping her off at the airport at 10am, so he will be back by 1pm. But if you try to call him before then, this number on file is a landline, so if he doesn't answer, just leave a message.

2 - 4. Spoke to Paul. Garbage disposal leaking from bottom, has filter system too that's tapped into line going into garbage disposal, thinks it all needs to all be replaced. Thinks he needs new garbage disposal.
