8-10. COD. Text when in route. They said it might be easier to park in the back of the property. I spoke to Mary, they are getting a new washing machine brought in, but they need the plumbing to be checked out as the last one was about 30 years old and never had the plumbing checked in all that time. They said if the washing machine is moved to check the plumbing, that it will need to be removed completely or moved back into place so they can open that door that is nearby to it.

2 - 4 (REQ FRIDAY & after 1pm). COD. Spoke to Diane. She received a coupon for $149 exterior drain cleaning and something about a camera inspection included. Please look at coupon. She isn't sure if this will work for the issue she has, but she said that her toilet has been gurgling for a few weeks and especially after the washer drains. She said the gurgling recently stopped but would like it checked out and is also curious what this coupon does entail.

8 - 10. NET30. Spoke to Maria. Need to hydro jet plaza, main line on south side. 2 tenants have places with toilets backed up. We did north side couple years ago and it's been great. This is going to be for 12634, 12632, 12639, make sure all toilets flowing afterwards. Go to 12634 back side first, alley between plaza and saint Maragaret Marys – the cleanouts are there. Mary is going to come put cones where clean outs are so no one parks there. If you have any questions - Call Mary @ (909) 957-3077. You will be billing El Central Real Plaza.

This is our second time using Klaus & Sons. First time was for an AC issue and this time was to install a new water heater as are old one died. We are extremely happy that we found them on Nextdoor and called them for our service needs. They have reasonable prices, they are honest and explain everything so that we understood what was going on. Jake, who came out to install the new water heater was great!
