She also has an upstairs toilet that is making small noises like there's a leak somewhere, but she doesn't see any leaks. She would like to get both of these issues addressed, and get estimates for repair. Please get approval on any pricing BEFORE performing any work!

She has a coupon for a $149 exterior drain clearing she might be interested in using if needed. House is very old so has old pipes. Koehler tub. Has an outside clean out as well. Please provide pricing before performing any work!!

He just called to say the water heater was making a very loud noise and was leaking in the catch pan. This is his interpretation so I’ll let the pros have a look. Its like going fishing by yourself and you catch a minnow but tell your friends a tall tale that is was as big as a whale!!"
