NOTE: BRING SHOE COVERS. This is for replacing existing shower slide bar, handheld, hose and drain cover. The wife said 1 part might not be used? Call Chris with any questions!!! and please fill out the description of this invoice.

They aren't sure if this is related to what we did last time. We descaled and hydro jetted 120 feet on 3/19/2025 at Unit A (next door). 2-4. COD. I spoke to Maggie (626) 662-4358, call when in route. Their water heater is no longer heating up the water in their home at all. It just started happening. It is located in the garage and is 50 gallons.

(8-10) COD. Spoke with MaryKay. Her clothes washer leaks at the valves when it's in use. She's not sure if just the toggles need to be replaced or if the entire valves. She also has a toto toilet that makes funny noises. She would like the issue assessed to see if she needs a new toilet or if she just need to get a few parts replaced. Please get approval on pricing BEFORE performing any work!
