1 - 5. SA member visit #2. Please provide PM on BOTH AC & Furnace. IMPORTANT!!!: Donna's card declined for SA renewal. I called and talked to her, and they are going to pay when you come out, please call the office to give card number so we can renew her membership for this visit!!! Also, Donna will not be home. Her husband will be home. He is dropping her off at the airport at 10am, so he will be back by 1pm. But if you try to call him before then, this number on file is a landline, so if he doesn't answer, just leave a message.

12 - 2. Spoke to Paul. He has the part in that he had to order. Coming back to replace that. He also mentioned how the sink is filling up and not draining, blaming the garbage disposal but not sure if it's related.

2 - 4. Spoke to Paul. Garbage disposal leaking from bottom, has filter system too that's tapped into line going into garbage disposal, thinks it all needs to all be replaced. Thinks he needs new garbage disposal.
